Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand in the branch with warm hospitality and a client‑first mindset. You will welcome clients, guide them through banking solutions, and use digital tools to make banking convenient and secure.

You will open and service accounts, assist with day‑to‑day transactions, and build trusted relationships by listening and offering tailored solutions, all while collaborating with the branch team.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby flow, and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in line with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on everyday banking and digital tools (Chase Mobile, Chase.com, ATMs) for 24/7 access.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, showing empathy, and aligning solutions with goals with team support.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and ATM duties per policy.
