Chase is seeking an Associate Banker in the United States to deliver welcoming, attentive service and build trusted client relationships. You will help clients achieve their financial goals through product knowledge and personalized solutions.

As part of the Consumer & Community Banking group, you will greet clients, open accounts, educate on digital tools, and support branch operations while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to learn products and procedures quickly.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to exceed client expectations with attentive service.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open accounts and service existing ones while following policies.
• Educate clients on Chase Mobile, Chase.com, and ATM options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and cross-selling.
• Support branch operations including cash handling and vault/ATM tasks.
