Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day transactions and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and partnering with branch team to meet client financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices, while following bank policies.
