Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences in a welcoming branch environment. You will greet clients, assist with account openings and servicing, and leverage Chase Mobile App and digital tools to meet daily banking needs.

The role emphasizes building trusted relationships, communicating clearly, and collaborating with team members to meet client financial goals while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent client service.
• Knowledge of checking/saving accounts and basic banking products.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow using a tablet and queue system.
• Open accounts and perform servicing while complying with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assist clients with day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and offering suitable solutions.
• Support branch operations, including cash handling and vault/ATM duties in line with policies.
