Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver warm, attentive service, open and service accounts, and guide clients through digital banking tools. You will build relationships, learn products quickly, and work closely with the branch team to meet clients’ financial goals.

You will operate in a fast-paced branch environment, handle cash devices as needed, and adhere to regulatory requirements while providing a best-in-class client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in client service or banking is preferred.
• Ability to learn products, services, and procedures quickly.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming environment; manage lobby flow using a tablet.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones; follow all policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build trusted relationships by listening, asking questions, and cross-selling solutions with branch teammates.
• Handle branch operations, including cash devices, in line with bank policies.
