In this role, you will greet clients, assist with account servicing and new accounts, and guide customers in using digital banking tools while ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by delivering attentive and friendly service by greeting clients, managing lobby flow and scheduling meetings.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new accounts in line with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing product knowledge to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices while adhering to bank policies.
