Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet and waiting queue.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance, and new account openings while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including mobile apps, websites, and ATMs to meet banking needs anytime.
• Build meaningful client relationships through active listening, empathy, and sharing product knowledge, collaborating with the team to meet goals.
• Perform branch operations, including cash devices handling, in line with bank policies.
