• Assist with account servicing, maintenance, and opening new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking, including digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful client relationships and collaborate with branch team to meet financial goals.
• Support branch operations, including cash handling and ATM management in line with bank procedures.
