Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients, managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Open new accounts and service existing ones while following policies and regulations.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (mobile app, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and suggesting product solutions.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and vault/ATM duties per procedures.
