You will build trusted relationships through active listening, product knowledge, and teamwork, while following policies and regulatory requirements to ensure a seamless branch experience for all customers.

Qualificações

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to greet clients and provide welcome, helpful service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to learn banking products, services, and procedures.
• Cash handling experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and guiding them through branch processes.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts, opening new accounts, and following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build meaningful client relationships through attentive listening and product knowledge, coordinating with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations, including cash handling tasks and compliance with bank policies.
