Job summary

MCM is seeking a Training and Enablement lead to design and manage AI-assisted content pipelines. You will build and refresh training materials across live, in-product, and managed enablement channels, focusing on scalable workflows rather than creating every asset.

You will own end-to-end content creation from sessions to publish, keep materials synchronized with product changes, and collaborate with Sales/CS to drive adoption across accounts, with a mix of remote and on-site delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to design scalable training content pipelines.
• Experience delivering online training via web conferencing.
• Experience creating and maintaining knowledge bases or help centers.
• Applied AI skills beyond basic prompting for repeatable workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI-assisted content pipeline from assets to finished training material.
• Decide where human review gates belong and ensure content currency.
• Develop in-product and on-demand enablement content and guides.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Support to align curricula with milestones.
• Deliver training remotely and on-site across multiple accounts.
