Job summary

Capital Group seeks a Senior Manager, AI Client Enablement Platform to own the Enablement Intelligence Platform and the AI seller‑assist product set. You will define architecture, governance, and builder experiences, partnering with Engineering, Data Science, and Legal to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

You will lead discovery and roadmap execution, align business outcomes with platform features, and measure adoption and impact across global client teams and sales/marketing experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management, including platform products.
• AI-first product experience, with generative AI, agents, copilots, prompt and retrieval techniques.
• Experience with Salesforce or enterprise CRM capabilities and Adobe.
• Strong product judgment, usability, trust, accessibility, and end‑to‑end quality.
• Cross‑functional leadership across Business, Platform, Engineering, Data Science, and Insights & Analytics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration, with the ability to align cross‑functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define the platform vision, strategy and roadmap for the Client Enablement Intelligence Platform and AI seller‑assist products.
• Provide reusable, governed AI capabilities as services rather than one‑off features.
• Translate opportunities into practical use cases, evaluation criteria, and launch plans.
• Lead discovery, experimentation and validation to build the right capabilities first.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk and Compliance to ensure data use compliance.
