Job summary

Clearstory is transforming commercial construction with a SaaS change order platform. We’re building an Enablement team and seeking an Enablement Specialist who creates content, manages assets, and ensures AEs and SDRs have what they need to ramp quickly and sell confidently.

You’ll report to the Head of Enablement and transform briefs into polished, rep-ready content that scales. Early team member impact will shape our product and culture.

Qualifications

• Proficient with AI platforms (e.g., Chat, Claude) and able to apply them to training materials.
• Able to produce clean, professional training content from briefs.
• Highly organized with multi-project management without missing details.
• Excellent written communication; simplify complex topics for reps.
• Familiarity with Canva, Articulate Rise 360, Confluence, Mindtickle; sales experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build onboarding decks, training modules, and LMS content (Articulate Rise 360) for new AE and SDR hires.
• Create one-pagers, reference guides, and visual assets in Canva.
• Translate product updates into sales-ready messaging and training content.
• Maintain versioned, organized training assets and LMS content as programs grow.
• Support in-person delivery in California as needed; build new AI tools for rep development.
