Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Program Manager to own the creation and delivery of sales enablement content for a global GTM organization. You will translate complex product concepts into practical, engaging learning experiences across formats and work closely with product marketing, product, and GTM leaders to align content with launches.

This remote-first role emphasizes AI governance topics, the Command of the Message, and a single source of truth for enablement assets.

Qualifications

• 4+ years creating content in sales enablement, marketing, or instructional design.
• Strong ability to translate complex product concepts into sales-ready content.
• Experience producing video content and LMS-based courses is a plus.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Marketing, Product, Marketing, and GTM leaders to identify enablement needs.
• Convert input from Sales into structured content briefs and production plans.
• Write, design, and produce playbooks, one-pagers, and training materials.
• Develop onboarding and ongoing training courses in Mindtickle or similar LMS.
