Job summary

CHANEL is seeking a Manager, Client Development to lead a diverse retail team and act as a brand ambassador. You will coach the floor, drive an elevated client experience, and equip the Boutique Director with critical business knowledge to grow the client base.

This role requires at least 5 years of related experience and a bachelor’s degree preferred, with a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lb.
• Flexible schedule with late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Boutique Management requires in-store presence to coach teams, ensure boutique image and operational standards, and deliver elevated client service.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire the selling floor team to deliver elevated client experiences.
• Foster a culture of feedback, diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
• Provide ongoing training on CHANEL savoir faire, product details and service delivery.
• Lead the team with agility and resilience, using KPI insights to improve.
• Represent CHANEL in the market and develop client base through partnerships and events.
