CHANEL, Inc. at the 57th Street Flagship is seeking a Manager, Client Development to lead a high-performing team and drive a premium client experience. The role blends coaching, strategy, and hands-on client engagement to grow the boutique's business.

You will train and develop staff, foster partnerships with local brands, and represent CHANEL in the market while upholding boutique standards and a culture of inclusion. A bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in related roles are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Boutique management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop a diverse team to deliver elevated client service.
• Lead the boutique team and training programs, focusing on CHANEL savoir faire and service delivery.
• Represent CHANEL in the market and grow the client base through partnerships and community involvement.
• Foster a positive working environment with feedback, inclusion, and teamwork.
• Collaborate with local high-profile businesses for partnerships and events.
• Drive business results while maintaining boutique image and operational standards.
