Job summary

CHANEL seeks a Manager, Client Development to serve as a brand ambassador and business leader. You will coach a diverse team, deliver exceptional client experiences, and equip the Boutique Director with critical business knowledge.

You will lead with agility, foster inclusion, train staff on savoir faire, and grow the client base through partnerships and events while driving sales performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lb.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Boutique management: requires in-store presence to develop and coach teams, ensure boutique image and operational standards are upheld, and deliver elevated client service to drive business results.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire team to deliver elevated client experience.
• Lead boutique team and manage performance using KPIs.
• Represent CHANEL and develop client base through events and partnerships.
• Provide training on CHANEL savoir faire, product details and service delivery.
• Collaborate with Boutique Director to drive business results.
