CHANEL is seeking an Assistant Manager, Experience to lead a diverse sales team on the shop floor, coaching for elevated client service and meaningful connections. You will partner with the Boutique Leadership Team to drive performance and uphold boutique standards while embodying CHANEL's brand values.

This role requires at least 3 years of related experience, a preferred Bachelor's degree, and the ability to work flexible hours, including late nights, weekends and some holidays, with in-store

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Able to coach and develop Sales Assistants.
• In-store leadership to ensure boutique image and standards.

Responsibilities

• Coach and manage a diverse team of salespeople to deliver elevated client service.
• Collaborate with Boutique Leadership Team to drive performance and ongoing improvement.
• Analyze KPIs and propose action plans to align with CHANEL's vision.
• Represent CHANEL in the market with humility and authenticity.
