The Boutique Director leads the boutique as its ultimate leader and brand ambassador. This role develops an exceptional team, delivers superior client service, and drives performance against business targets.

The position requires coaching staff, fostering an inclusive work environment, developing leaders, and partnering with Home Office to achieve goals while representing Chanel in the local market through events and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong collaboration, communication, people leadership, and client experience skills.
• Passion for the House of CHANEL, its history, products, and social and cultural initiatives.
• Ability to lift 15 pounds and work a flexible schedule that includes late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
