CHANEL in Boston seeks a Manager, Client Development to lead a boutique team and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will coach staff, provide training on CHANEL savoir-faire and products, and drive business results while maintaining CHANEL standards.

The role requires strong people leadership, a passion for client experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. Some flexibility for late hours, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lb.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coach and inspire the team to deliver elevated client experiences on the selling floor.
• Foster a positive work environment with feedback, inclusion, and teamwork.
• Provide ongoing training on CHANEL savoir-faire, product details and service delivery.
• Lead with agility, measure KPIs, and drive business results.
• Represent CHANEL and grow the client base through community involvement and events.
