Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lbs and flexible schedule for evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead boutique staff to deliver elevated client service.
• Develop and coach boutique leadership and teams.
• Drive sales through strategic collaboration with Home Office.
• Represent CHANEL in the market and build client base.
