Job summary

Intertek is seeking an Inside Sales - Client Champion in Lake Forest, CA to grow the Building & Construction Products business. The role focuses on direct sales activities, expanding existing accounts and developing new opportunities while selling Testing & Certification services to manufacturers and influencers in the Building Product space.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, 1+ years in Building and Construction Products, 1+ years in B2B sales, and strong communication,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience in Building and Construction Products industry.
• 1+ years of experience in B2B sales.
• Self-motivated, assertive, and able to work independently.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of personal computers and MS Office; prior CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming customer inquiries and process quotations and opportunities.
• Prepare proposals based on customer needs within the CRM system.
• Follow up on all proposals and opportunities.
• Prospect new business through cold calling and existing connections.
• Track sales activities, quotes, orders, and revenue in the CRM.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to define territory growth.
