Job summary

Intertek Lake Forest is seeking an Inside Sales - Client Champion to drive direct sales of Testing & Certification services to manufacturers in the Building Product space. The role emphasizes growing existing business and uncovering new opportunities in a dynamic lab environment.

The position requires 1+ years in the Building and Construction Products industry and B2B sales, with strong communication, organization, and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in Building and Construction Products industry.
• 1+ years of experience in B2B sales.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of personal computers and MS Office software and prior experience with sales CRM.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming customer inquiries, and process quotations and direction of opportunities.
• Prepare proposals based on customer needs within the CRM system.
• Follow up on all proposals.
• Conduct prospecting activities, including cold calling and leveraging existing client connections.
• Use CRM to track sales activities, quotes, orders, and revenue; define territory with management.
