Job summary

The role emphasizes adherence to controls, ongoing training, and flexibility to cover branch needs, including weekends or extended hours as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to master PC keyboard and software for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs; may include weekends/overnights.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience through courteous interaction and accurate handling of transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales through outbound calls and identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for delivering Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training and product knowledge meetings and online courses.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and resolutions.
