• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing needs and locale changes.
• Weekend/extended hours with possible travel and overnights.

Aufgaben

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure consistent service by engaging clients with courteous conversation and handling complex and standard transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking) to improve service experience.
• Support sales by outbound outreach, identifying client needs, and referring to branch teammates or specialists.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in all components of Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Commit to advancing product knowledge through training and meetings.
• Adhere to internal controls, procedures and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution, handling workload based on branch demands.
