Qualifications

• Two years teller/cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months in client relationship building or sales.

Responsibilities

• Provide distinctive client experience with courteous conversation and thorough transactions.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking solutions.
• Support sales by outbound client outreach and identifying opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) for client needs.
• Participate in Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and service skills.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
