You will support sales by identifying client needs, adhering to policies, and maintaining knowledge of products and services. The role requires weekend/extended hours and travel as needed, with base salary in the stated range and potential incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years of teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a desire to interact with clients and prospects.
• Ability to master personal computer (PC) keyboard and software skills necessary for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs as required to include temporary assignment or locale changes.
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel and overnights may be included.

Responsabilités

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle transactions while uncovering client needs.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service solutions (ATMs, Online, Mobile banking).
• Support team sales by identifying client needs and referring to branch staff.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist expertise.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines and training sessions.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and risk management controls.
• Serve as secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution.
