Job summary

Truist Financial Corporation seeks a Regular full-time Banking Associate in West Palm Beach, FL. You will deliver accurate client transactions, provide superior service, and educate customers on online and mobile banking.

Roles include sales support, IRM alignment, and adherence to risk controls, with weekend/extended hours as needed. Strong interpersonal skills and two years of teller or client service experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs
• Ability to work weekends and/or extended hours with occasional travel

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience to ensure a consistent service level by engaging clients with smiling, courteous conversation and handling transactions.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online and Mobile banking.
• Support team sales by outbound calls, identifying client needs or opportunities.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions.
• Participate in all components of the Truist Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and service delivery.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies; stay updated on policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution; adjust workload as needed.
