Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular Retail Customer Service Associate for our United States branches in Florida. You will greet clients, handle transactions, educate on digital banking, and identify opportunities to promote Truist solutions.

You will support the sales process, participate in training, and adhere to policies. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work weekends or extended hours as needed in a branch environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of teller, cash handling, or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Ability to travel for temporary staffing and occasional travel.
• Weekend and extended hours availability.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients during transactions and uncovering needs.
• Educate clients on digital, self-service banking solutions including ATMs and online/mobile banking.
• Support sales by outbound calls, identifying client needs and referring to branch team members.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in leadership routines and ongoing product knowledge training.
• Adhere to internal controls and risk management policies.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and problem resolution.
