Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker to exemplify hospitality and provide thoughtful banking solutions in a branch setting. You will cultivate lasting client relationships, promote Chase technology tools, and coordinate with specialists to address complex financial needs.

The role emphasizes a strong customer service mindset, clear communication, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Weekend and some evening hours are required as part of branch operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries with proven success.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate service levels.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with tailored product explanations.
• Ability to resolve client issues quickly with attention to detail and consistency.
• Operate within risk parameters and comply with internal/external requirements, including training.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), and Life licenses are minimum requirements; licenses via JPMorganChase licensing program within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and deliver attentive, friendly service, creating a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them in person or by phone to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand clients and anticipate needs.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for convenient banking.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
