Job summary

Chase is seeking a Relationship Banker in a Chase Branch to represent our brand with hospitality, acquire and manage client relationships, and offer thoughtful financial solutions using modern technology. You will engage clients in person and by phone, educate them on Chase Mobile App and online tools, and ensure adherence to banking policies.

Strong communication, a client-service mindset, and the ability to work flexible branch hours including weekends are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and tailor product benefits
• Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail and consistent experience
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training
• High school diploma or GED; licenses required (SIE, Series 6, 63, Life) or licensing program within 180 days of hire
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive service
• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to build relationships
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com
• Learn products and procedures to consult on solutions and connect with experts
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
