Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and to deliver cutting-edge financial technology and services. You will build trusted relationships with clients, sharing product knowledge and solutions to help them reach their financial goals.

You will greet clients, open and service accounts, educate on Chase Mobile App and Chase.com, and collaborate with the branch team to achieve results while adhering to policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• Ability to greet clients and deliver attentive service.
• Willingness to learn products, services and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment and greet clients entering the branch.
• Open new accounts and perform account servicing in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on mobile apps, online banking, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and sharing solutions.
• Perform branch operations including cash devices while following procedures.
