Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences in a branch setting. You will greet clients, open accounts, and educate customers on digital banking tools while complying with regulatory requirements.

The role focuses on building trusted relationships, delivering personalized service, and working with team members to achieve branch goals. A high school diploma or GED is required, with prior client service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with the tablet and queue system.
• Provide account servicing, maintenance and new account openings while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App and Chase.com.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations tasks, including cash handling equipment and ATM operations, in line with bank policies.
