Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with a tablet.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance; open new accounts in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and self-service options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com).
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch team.
• Perform branch operations responsibly, including cash handling and ATM management.
