Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience is required.

• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients.
• Ability to communicate clearly and politely to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Open new accounts and perform account servicing in compliance with policies.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital self-service options.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with team.
• Perform branch operations including cash handling and ATM responsibilities.
