Job summary

Chase is seeking an Associate Banker to deliver exceptional client experiences in our branch environment. You will greet clients, educate them on digital tools, assist with accounts, and collaborate with teammates to meet financial goals.

Qualifications

• Client service experience or comparable experience.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and deliver a consistent client experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and manage lobby flow, using a tablet to check them into the waiting queue and schedule/cancel meetings.
• Open new accounts and provide account servicing while following policies and regulatory requirements.
• Educate clients on day-to-day banking and digital tools like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build meaningful relationships by listening, asking questions, and collaborating with branch teammates to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices, in line with bank policies.
