Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
• Exceed client expectations by servicing accounts and opening new ones while following policies.
• Educate clients on daily transactions and digital banking options (Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, ATMs).
• Build relationships by listening, asking thoughtful questions, and collaborating with the team to meet financial goals.
• Perform branch operations and cash handling while adhering to bank policies.
