We Care Senior Care, Inc. part of the Home Instead franchise, is hiring a Lead Client Caregiver to provide compassionate in-home care for seniors in the community. This role supports clients with companionship, personal care, and daily tasks, while guiding other caregivers.

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience required; leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients, families, and team members.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Background check, drug screen, and DMV check required.
• Valid driver’s license, social security card, auto insurance, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record to transport clients required
