Home Instead - Green Bay is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and independent in their own homes. This role emphasizes personalized, patient care and meaningful companionship in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus.
• CNA, home health aide or resident assistant experience desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Offer meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and run errands as needed.
• Support client safety and report changes to the care team.
• Assist clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia and other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
