Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. is urgently hiring compassionate caregivers to provide in-home care, helping seniors stay safe and comfortable at home. Join a supportive team with ongoing paid training and opportunities for growth.

You will assist with daily living activities, offer companionship, and ensure client safety while reporting changes to the care team. This role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and clear communication with families and healthcare providers.

Qualifications

• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or similar settings is valued.
• Excellent communication with clients and families is essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming and mobility.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Offer companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and errands assistance.
• Support client safety and report changes to the care team.
• Assist clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and families.

Caregiver Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support

Essential Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus. CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required
