Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. is a proud Home Instead franchise serving Burlington, Wisconsin, committed to helping seniors stay safe and cared for in their homes. Join our team to live out your values and make a real difference as a caregiver.

We’re urgently hiring for part-time and full-time roles. Responsibilities include assisting with daily living activities, providing companionship, and supporting safety while reporting changes to the care team.

Qualifications

• Must have heart for in-home caregiving and strong communication.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF preferred but not required.
• CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired - but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
