Job summary

We Care Senior Care, a Home Instead franchise, is seeking a compassionate Client Caregiver Lead to provide high-quality home care for seniors. You will lead caregiving efforts, coordinate with families and office staff, and assist with client shift coverage as needed.

Requirements include caregiving experience, leadership ability, strong communication, and solid organizational skills. A background check and clean driving record are required.
