Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. in Rainbow City, AL, is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and comfortable at home. Join a Home Instead franchise and provide personal care, companionship, and support with daily activities.

The role includes mobility assistance, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders, and reporting changes. Benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, paid orientation and training, and 24/7 support from a caring office team.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or related care settings preferred.
• CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant experience desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and errands
• Support client safety and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
