Job summary

We Care Senior Care, Inc. in Anniston, AL is hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and cared for in their homes. You’ll provide personal care, companionship, and support with daily activities in a rewarding in-home setting.

Competitive pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour with overtime, flexible scheduling, benefits, paid orientation and ongoing training, and opportunities for career growth. Join a supportive team committed to quality senior care.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver and strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF a plus; CNA/home health aide/resident assistant experience desired but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders
• Provide toileting and incontinence care
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and assist with errands
• Support client safety, well-being, and report changes to the care team
• Support clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families
