Job summary

Home Instead Pilot (Phase 2) in Brecksville, Ohio, is seeking a Lead Care Professional to deliver exceptional non-medical care and companionship to clients. You will support new client starts and assist with caregiver transitions while mentoring fellow Care Professionals.

The ideal candidate has over 2 years of caregiving experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and a valid driver's license. This role offers meaningful work, health insurance, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of caregiving experience preferred.
• Dementia/Alzheimer’s experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with caregiver transitions and shadow shifts.
