We Care Senior Care, Inc. is a Home Instead franchise hiring compassionate caregivers to help seniors stay safe and cared for in their homes in Wisconsin.

We’re urgently hiring today with competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities include personal care, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, and safety support in clients’ homes. Join a team that values love, respect, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Heart of an in-home caregiver with strong communication skills.
• Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or CBRF is a plus; CNA/home health aide/resident assistant experience is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
• Provide toileting and incontinence care.
• Provide meaningful companionship and emotional support.
• Prepare meals, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Support client safety and report changes to the care team.
• Assist clients with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
