Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospitals in New Hampshire is seeking a motivated team member to recruit clients, promote services, and support a busy veterinary hospital. You will educate clients on pet health, wellness plans, and preventive care, while ensuring smooth intake, accurate record-keeping, and timely invoicing.

You will assist with dispensing, retail sales, appointment scheduling, and daily financial tasks, contributing to a productive and caring hospital environment for pets and their families.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year related experience preferred, with customer service background.

Responsibilities

• Recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and route clients and pets for care.
• Educate clients about pet health, wellness plans, and hospital services.
• Assist with documentation, enter pet history, and ensure prompt service.
• Dispense prescription items, sell retail products, and schedule appointments.
• Handle opening/closing procedures and basic financial tasks.
