Job summary

The role involves promoting wellness plans, educating clients about services, assisting with intake and discharge, handling invoices and scheduling, and supporting the front desk to ensure exceptional client care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• One year of related customer service experience preferred.
• Fluent English communication (written and spoken).
• Experience with medical/veterinary terminology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively recruit new clients by promoting hospital services and routing flow for optimal productivity.
• Maximize pets seen by maintaining a productive hospital workflow.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health.
• Assist with intake, invoicing, prescriptions and scheduling.
• Handle opening/closing procedures and financial reconciliation.
• Perform administrative duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
