Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries from prospective clients and families.
• Conduct in-home care consultations to understand client needs and preferences.
• Explain Comfort Keepers services, care options, and pricing.
• Help families feel confident in their decisions and guide them through starting care.
• Follow up with prospective clients to turn inquiries into new client relationships.
• Develop and update individualized non-medical care plans.
• Coordinate new client introductions and support smooth transitions into care.
• Work closely with caregivers and office staff to ensure client needs are understood and met.
• Conduct in-home quality assurance visits and client satisfaction check-ins.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality of care and client experience.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients and families.
• Respond to questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
