Comfort Keepers in San Angelo is seeking a Client Care Coordinator who will be the face of the company for prospective and existing clients, driving home care consultations and developing individualized care plans that improve quality of life.

You will build relationships with referral sources, coordinate with caregivers, and guide families through onboarding, ensuring documentation, schedules, and care adjustments are handled with compassion and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; minimum 2 years in healthcare or client management.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM/scheduling tools.

Responsabilités

• Field outreach and relationship building with referral sources in the San Angelo area.
• Conduct in-home consultations and guide families through intake and onboarding.
• Perform regular client check-ins and care plan updates.
• Coordinate with caregivers and scheduling to ensure seamless care delivery.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and families, addressing questions and concerns.
